Inciting religious hatred 

David Blunkett plans new law on 'inciting religious hatred'.  The Home Secretary has resurrected a plan to criminalise 'incitement to religious hatred'.  The original plans were defeated by the House of Lords in 2001.  Find out more on the link below.
